Common questions

How do I delete my account and all my data?
Email support@r7labs.io with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete within 30 days.

How do I export my journal?
In the app, go to Settings → Export your data. Choose JSON (full structure including media URIs) or CSV (one row per game, spreadsheet-friendly).

Can I use playback without signing in?
Yes. Everything works locally on the device. Sign-in only adds multi-device sync and family-share links. You can switch any time.

How does AI memory polish work?
You provide your own OpenAI API key in Settings. Your key stays on your device; we never see it. When you tap Polish, your text is sent directly to OpenAI from your phone.

How do family-share links work?
Each link is a 12+ character random token. The page is unindexed (search engines won't find it) but anyone with the link can view it. Revoke any link from inside the app.

I forgot to upgrade before my trial ended.
Your data is safe. Trial expiry doesn't delete anything. Open the app and tap Upgrade to continue using Pro features.
